Many US poker sites have already forbidden Americans from playing at their real money games, while other sites have said that the new law does not pertain to them in the slightest. The main difference between the two groups seems to be that the sites that are withdrawing from the American market are publicly traded, and therefore could be sued by their stockholders, while the sites still allowing Americans are privately held businesses.
