The Full Tilt Online Poker Series IX’s Event # 12 was $1000 + $60 Six-handed No-Limit Holdem. Ben Fineman, who plays under the screenname “bmf823,” was the short stack at the start of final table play, but he would rally to take the victory and the $300,000 first prize.
The chip rankings at the beginning of final table play looked like this:

Bigtonyk123 would end up as the first victim of final table play despite starting in second place. Bigtonyk123 limped in and called the raise put forth by GetPWN3D. The flop landed [Ac][10s][6d]. Bigtonyk123 checked to GetPWN3D, who responded with a bet which bigtonyk123 called.. Bigtonyk123 pushed his remaining chips into the center after the turn card was revealed to be the [7d]. Bigtonyk123 showed [Jc][10h] for a pair of tens and discovered he was behind when GetPWN3D revealed [As][Qs], a pair of aces. The river was the [7s] bigtonyk123’s seat was vacated as he left with the sixth place prize money of $49,500.
Ram Vaswani, a member of the Hendon Mob, finished in fifth place. His stack had been damaged after he tangled with Ben Fineman and Vaswani moved in with his diminished stack after GetPWN3D started the hand with a raise. Ram Vaswani held [Ac][9d] which held the advantage over GetPWN3D’s [Ks][10s]. Vaswani’s advantage would not last as GetPWN3D made a pair of tens when the flop came down reading [10c][4h][3s]. The remaining cards would not deliver Vaswani’s salvation as the turn was the [Jh] and the river was the [7s]. Vaswani would collect $72,750 after ending his tournament in fifth place.
GetPWN3D had his success to start the final table, but he would be its next victim as he finished the tournament in fourth place. GetPWN3D went to the flop with omalos and they saw it come down [9d][6c][6s]. Both players checked and the turn fell [Qd]. GetPWN3D fired out a bet and omalos made the call. The [7d] came down on the river, where GetPWN3D bet and called off the rest of his chips after omalos raised enough to force GetPWN3D to push his chips in. GetPWN3D knew his pocket aces had been cracked, and omalos turned up pocket sevens for a rivered set. GetPWN3D made 105,000 for his final table appearance.
Omalos’s day would come to an end after he ran up against Ben Fineman. Omalos called all-in after a Fineman raise and his pocket nines held the lead against Fineman’s [Kc][5d]. The flop delivered the lead to Fineman as it read [Kh][4h][4d], giving him a pair of kings. Omalos took his leave after the [Ad] landed on the turn and the [7s] landed on the river, taking with him his winnings of $138,000.
Ben Fineman would meet up with Garbally in heads-up play. In the final hand the two players raised back and forth until Garbally was all-in. Garbally found himself in a coin flip situation as his pocket fours were up against Fineman’s [Ad][10h]. After a flop of [Ah][Jc][3d] Fineman took the lead. The [Jd] on the turn and the [5d] on the river were no help to the beleaguered Garbally, who finished the tournament in second place, richer by $198,000.
